Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
